Lost and Found

„Lost and Found“, the opening film of the 2005 Berlinale Forum, was a film project for which six young filmmakers from Eastern Europe each created a short film on the subject „Generation“. It resulted in intensive images from the life of people in post-socialist Eastern Europe. This cinematic project was initiated by Nikolaj Nikitin, then publisher and editor-in-chief of the film magazine "Schnitt" as well as artistic director and managing director of the film festival "Filmplus" (today: Edimotion)

„Lost and Found“ has been successfully screened at more than 40 film festivals all over the world. At the beginning of 2006, the KFA organized the film premiere in five German cities and is in charge of the distribution of this film compilation in German-speaking countries.
